• School District Website Requirements


    • State Required Information Link
      The school district shall have an easily accessible link on the website homepage titled "State - Required Information." Under this link the school district information shall be subdivided by categories. A.C.A. § 6-11-129
    • Reopening 2020
    • Board Meeting Dates
      Not less than 10 days prior to the date of a regular board meeting, the date, time, and place of the meeting shall be posted (Desk Audit or OSR Review). A.C.A. § 6-13-619; 6-11-129
    • Rescheduled Board Meetings
      Not less than 24 hours prior to a rescheduled board meeting, the date, time, or place of the meeting shall be posted (Desk Audit or OSR Review). A.C.A. § 6-13-619; 6-11-129
    • Board Minutes
      Minutes of regular and special meetings of the school board shall be posted. A.C.A. § 6-11-129
    • Annual Report to the Public
      The school board shall provide an annual report to the public.  The annual report to the public shall be documented in the board minutes and those minutes posted to the district website under State-Required Information. A.C.A § 6-15-1402
    • Annual School Performance Reports
      The Annual School Performance Report shall be posted. A.C.A. § 6-15-1402
    • Annual School Performance Report CardsThe Annual School Performance Report Card shall be posted.

    • Parental Involvement Plans and Policy
      The school district's parental involvement plan and policy shall be posted. A.C.A. § 6-15-1704
    • School Improvement Plans &Literacy Plan
      Parent-friendly language, easily accessible and display two years of information shall be posted. A.C.A. § 6-15-2202

    • Dyslexia Before July 15, a public school district shall report on the website of the public school district or in writing to the parents of each student in the public school district the following information:
      (1) The dyslexia intervention programs used during the previous school year that were specifically responsive to assisting students with dyslexia;
      (2) The number of students during the previous school year who received dyslexia intervention under this subchapter; and
      (3) The total number of students identified with dyslexia during the previous school year.

    • District/School Status - N/A
      District/School status on any type of distress shall be posted. Parent-friendly explanation of School Improvement status of each school. A.C.A. § 6-15-2202 (If applicable)
    • Distress Plans - N/A
      What the district is doing to be removed from academic distress, school improvement or fiscal distress shall be posted. A.C.A. § 6-15-2202 (If applicable)
    • Student Handbooks
    • Comprehensive Counseling Plan 2020 Act 190
      According to Act 190, each public school district is responsible for posting its annual comprehensive school counseling plan on the district website under state required information.  
    • Public School Student Immunization Reporting Requirement: Act 676 of 2019

    Current Comprehensive Financial Data Reports For School Districts Including:

    * Information and data required to be made available and easily accessible on the school district's website under this section shall be actual data for the two (2) previous school years and projected budgeted information for the current school year.  A.C.A § 6-11-129
