Extra Mile Nomination Rules

Bentonville Schools Outstanding Service Award

Award nominations must comply with the following rules in order to be considered:

• All nominations will be submitted through the nomination link on the Bentonville Schools website.

• The nomination form is HERE.

• Information other than what is submitted online will not be considered.

• The nomination form, including an explanation of why the employee should be considered, must be included.

• Human Resources will verify the nominee is an employee and in good standing with the District.

Qualifying Employees

• Nominees must be current District employees.

• Employees may receive this award one time per calendar year.

• Employee must be in good standing with the employee’s immediate supervisor and the District overall.

• Award recipients will be asked to accept this honor in front of the Bentonville Schools Board of Education at its regularly scheduled time. Those meetings fall on the third Tuesday of every month and begin at 5:30 p.m. The recipient need not attend the full meeting.
