We are currently accepting waitlist applications for Summer 2026. The waitlist is currently short. Please note all students / families will be placed on the waitlist in the order in which their application was received.

Current Adventure Club families, and families who have been enrolled in the past, please use the email address already associated with your account. Doing so will save you time. New for Summer 2026 - Lottery Admission:  LOTTERY ADMISSION IS NOW CLOSED.

The deadline to apply for the Summer 2026 Adventure Club admission lottery is February 24, 2026 at 10am. Availability is limited and spots tend to fill quickly. 

Spots for the Summer 2026 Adventure Club program will be a lottery based admission. We will accept applications for students currently in kindergarten and grades 1 - 6 for the 2025/2026 school year. 

• Priority is given to school district employees and staff. 

• If one sibling is admitted, all siblings will be admitted. 

• Waitlist: A waitlist will be created for all students who are not admitted in the lottery admission process in the following order: 

  • Families who submit an application by 10am on February 24 but are not admitted via the lottery admission process in order of the date/time the application was submitted.

  • Families who submit an application after the 10am February 24 deadline, will be added to the waitlist in the order in which we received your application. 

     

Confirmation Email by February 27, 2026:
You’ll receive an email by 3:00 PM on February 27 indicating whether your child has been accepted or placed on a waiting list.

Payment and Documentation Deadline:
You must submit all necessary documents (immunization records, Federal Food Program forms, doctor’s notes) and pay the enrollment fee ($100) by March 5, 2026.

If you miss this deadline, your child will be removed from the reserved list.

Summer Dates: Thursday, May 28, 2026 - Monday, August 10, 2026

• Alternative Combined Sites: Thursday May 28, 2026

• Alternative Combined Sites: July 27 - August 10, 2026

• Summer Adventure Club will be closed the following dates: 

  • Friday, May 29, 2026

  • Friday, July 3, 2026

  • Friday, July 24, 2026

Hours: 6am - 6pm

Enrollment Fees:
$100 per child

Tuition:
$220 per week per child (District Staff $210 per week per child) 

Meals: 
Breakfast, lunch and snack will be provided  when at Thomas Jefferson, from June 1 - July 23, 2026.

You will need to provide a well balanced sack lunch on days when Adventure Club is at Alternative Combined Locations on the following dates:

• May 28, 2026

• July 27 - August 10, 2026

Summer Theme: 
This summer’s Adventure Club theme will be Adventures in Innovation. Students will become inventors, artists, chefs, scientists and problem solvers; exploring a new innovation focus each week. 

• Week 1: Inventors and Builders

• Week 2: Mad Science Lab

• Week 3: Art Studio Explosion

• Week 4: Jr Chefs and Food Science

• Week 5: Coding, Robotics and Games

• Week 6: Eco Innovators and Green Living

• Week 7: Dream Big (Future Jobs and Cities)

• Week 8: Showcase Week
