Kelly Carlson


A 2000 graduate of Bentonville High School, Kelly Carlson earned a BBA in marketing from Harding University in 2004 and his MBA from Harding University in 2011.


He is also a graduate of the American Bankers Association National Commercial Lending School and American Bankers Association Graduate Commercial Lending School at Southern Methodist University.


Carlson and his wife, Cortney Carlson also a 2000 graduate of Bentonville High School, have two daughters; seven-year-old Julianna Mae who is in the first grade at R.E. Baker Elementary and four-year-old Caroline Kelley.


Kelly enjoys golfing, running and spending time outdoors with his family. The family is actively involved at the Bentonville Church of Christ.

Kelly is a Board Member and Vice President/Treasurer of the Scott Family Amazeum, where he is actively engaged in strategically planning the future of the museum. Carlson is passionate about the growth of Downtown Bentonville and is a Board Member of Downtown Bentonville Inc. He is actively involved with the Boys and Girls Club golf tournament and previously served with the Make-A-Wish Foundation, Susan G. Komen Race for the Cure, Habitat for Humanity and Leadership Benton County.


Kelly Carlson first joined Arvest Bank as a Commercial Loan Assistant in June 2008. He was promoted to Credit Analyst in 2010, Commercial Banker in 2012, Vice President in 2014, Downtown Bentonville’s Commercial Banking Team Lead in 2017 and Senior Vice President in 2018.
