Building Bridges at Bentonville High School offers childcare to children six weeks to three years of age from 7:00am - 5:30pm, Monday - Friday, with priority given to parenting teens.  Through an Early Head Start child care partnership, 24 children are able to attend at no cost to families.  To be considered for enrollment please fill out the online application using the link in the resources section.

You will need to gather the following paperwork.  Copies can be made in the office if needed.  A representative from Early Head Start will contact you when there is availability.  

• Child Birth Certificate

• Child Social Security Card

• Child current immunizations

• Child last Physical or Well Child Check

• Parent Social Security Card (if both parents in household, we will need copies of each)

• Parent Driver’s License (if both parents in household, we will need copies of each)

• Parent School Schedule or copies of check stubs for last 60 days (if both parents in household, we will need copies of each) or proof child is in foster care

• Proof of Residency-Copy of lease agreement or utility bill in enrolling parents name or letter with utility bill if living with someone else
