General Enrollment Information

We are excited you are interested in enrolling in our district! Please read the information below to learn more about the enrollment process.

  • Before enrolling your child, confirm the correct school attendance zone. Select 'Attendance Zone,' then 'Find Your Attendance Zone,' and 'Go to Map'. Enter your address then scroll to the school year to find your school.

  • The staff at your zoned school may indicate that you have been placed on a waiting list. This means the capacity for that building has been reached. The waiting list is critical in helping the district administration determine appropriate staffing needs for each building. Your child will enroll at their zoned school and will be placed on a waiting list for their specific grade. If space is not available for your student at their zoned school, you will be contacted with additional information on where your child has been placed.

  • To register your child, please use the "K-12 Online Enrollment Form" link and complete the Enrollment Form and Confidential Documents Upload.

  • After submitting the online forms, the building registrar will contact you via email with instructions to complete enrollment. If you have enrollment questions, please send a message to the building registrar by using this link.

  • If you choose to waive kindergarten enrollment for the 2023-2024 school year, submit a Kindergarten Waiver to the Student Services team located at 500 Tiger Boulevard. This website may be helpful in preparing your child for kindergarten:  Arkansas Department of Human Services Kindergarten Readiness.

  • If you are enrolling from homeschool or private school, grade placement for students in grades 1-7 will be based on academic screening and age considerations. Secondary students (grades 8-12) will be based on academic screening and a record of courses taken and successfully completed.

  • Parents who live outside the district wishing to apply to Bentonville Schools may contact Student Services at 479-367-8045.
