Parking

You must sign in to the parking map using your SCHOOL EMAIL ADDRESS AND PASSWORD to select your spot. Using your phone will require your account to be reset and delay your spot selection.

The Parking Map opens on this date to all grades:

Monday July 29th - 8:00 am

NOTE: Only IGNITE AND INTERNSHIP STUDENTS are allowed to park in the FRONT PARKING LOT.

PARKING PROCEDURES

  • To obtain a parking pass, students MUST PRESENT A VALID ARKANSAS DRIVER’S LICENSE,
    license plate number, make, model and color of vehicle and pay $20.00 for the school year ($10 per semester).

  • Ignite and Internship students must choose a parking spot in front of the building and enter through the main entrance (schedules will be verified).

  • Unpaid fines must be paid prior to obtaining a new parking pass.

  • Parking passes will be handed out at the Open House and during the first 2 weeks of school during lunch.

  • For the first week and a half of school, students may park in any numbered student parking space. NOT visitor or unmarked spaces.

  • If a vehicle is parked in your assigned parking spot, please park in front spots 258-262 and report it immediately to the office.

  • Students are not permitted to loiter in parking areas and are not to return to their vehicles during the school day
    for any reason unless given permission to do so by an administrator or office staff.

  • Driving and parking privileges on school campuses may be revoked due to any unsafe behavior.

  • Students will be fined $10.00 for the first two parking violations.

  • On the third parking violation, the vehicle is subject to being towed at the owner’s expense and parking privileges being revoked
    for the remainder of the semester or year. The surrendered parking space will be assigned to another student.  

  • Parking violations include:

    • Parking in the visitors’ parking area

    • Using another student’s parking permit

    • Parking in another student’s parking space

    • Parking on campus without a valid parking permit

    • Not appropriately displaying a parking permit

    • Students parking in a faculty parking space

High School Security Officers will ticket cars with violation stickers. A copy is given to the Dean of Students. The students will be instructed to pay the fines in the bookkeeper's office during specific hours. Failure to pay parking fines within five days may result in consequences. Proceeds from fines will be used for parking lot maintenance and improvements.
