Please join me in congratulating Ms. Christine Morledge as our Gateway Teacher of the Year for 2025! As shared by her colleagues, "When you enter Christine's classroom it is welcoming and you can see immediately that she cares about her students. You can tell by the conversations happening in the class. Christine meets students where they are. Her creative real-world and standards-based projects keep kids engaged so they can learn the skills in practical real-world ways. " We are so thankful to have Ms. Morledge working with our Gateway students and our team! Congratulations!
Today, Gateway students got to visit the State Capitol Building for ALE Leadership Day. Our three representatives accepted an award for Achievement in ELA on the ATLAS tests from last year! While down there, they got to visit the Treasury and feel what it was like to hold $600,000 dollars! #futuregatewaygrads #gatewaytosuccess #wefindaway

This week was National School Counseling Week!!! We celebrated our wonderful School Counselors!!! We are so thankful for the efforts , time, and guidance they spend to make sure our students and staff are successful. We very much appreciate you!!!!

All schools will dismiss one hour early on Thursday, January 9, to ensure student and bus driver safety. For Gateway, since normal dismissal is at 3:55pm, our students will dismiss at 2:55pm. All bus routes will run one hour earlier.

This Thursday, October 31st, BHS PTO will be selling Krispy Kreme donuts $1.50 each or a box of a dozen for $14. They will be available during lunch in the South Commons. Bring your money if interested.

SMILE!!!! Fall Pictures will be taken at Bentonville High School on Wednesday November 6th, 2024. Proof of portrait will be sent home to order pictures. The time will from 9am until 3:30 pm.

The Department of Health will be conducting its annual Flu Clinic on Thursday October 24, 2024 from 10:30-12. at Bentonville High School.
If you are interested that your student gets the shot, please have them come to the Gateway/Virtual office with Mrs. Tadda or Mr. Brack to get a Form. The Form needs to be returned by Monday October 14th, 2024.
