ALL parents can complete a current health history for your child from the Bentonville District website, Online Forms (Etrieve).
Additionally, I have scheduled time in the coming days to meet with the parents of students requiring daily or emergency medications while at school.
If this applies to your child, please use this link to schedule a time to check-in medications to the Grimsley Health office. This can be a time consuming process so I encourage parents to utilize this scheduled, dedicated time to avoid significant wait times during open house or during school hours, once in session.
