LJHS Run Club starts on Monday, April 7th, 3:45 to 4:30 PM. Mr. Orum will lead the group as you prepare for the Gold Rush 5K. Please meet in the gym and be ready to run. Bring a water bottle. You will need to be picked up at 4:30 from the gym parking lot.

It is time to sign up for the 15th Annual Gold Rush 5K & Fun Run! This year's race is on Friday, May 2nd at Lawrence Plaza. Registration is online only at https://bentonvilleschoolfoundation.org/gold-rush-5k/ or https://app.regwiz.io/register/goldrush/1110.
Spring Pictures are Tuesday, March 11th! Only students that have placed an order online will have their picture taken.
What is the March Madness Tournament of Reading?? It's a reading competition where teams are pitted against one another to see who can read the most minutes each week.

We're sharing the dates/times of our music ensembles upcoming Concert Performance Assessments. These concerts are open to the public if you'd like to attend. Please note that locations vary depending on the type of ensemble (band, choir or orchestra).

We are celebrating Presidents Day, February 17th with no school and Sonic Spirit Day!
LJHS Reads & Reels is back! Join us in reading the classic, award-winning “Charlie and the Chocolate Factory” by Roald Dahl. Read independently, then gather for two RTI events to discuss the book, craft items, and watch the original movie inspired by the book. Deadline to sign up is Monday, February 17. Questions? Join us for a fun, FREE movie night right after school next Thursday, February 13, from 3:45 to 5:15 PM as we watch the classic “Napoleon Dynamite.” You can wear PJ pants or comfy clothes to school so you’re ready to relax with your friends. Concessions will be open, so bring some $ for snacks.
