What a beautiful classroom! Central Park Elementary School teacher Josh Hicklin recently organized a fishing derby for his students and the community said, "I'm in!"
Cornerstone Ridge POA invited students to fish on their property while the Arkansas Game and Fish Commission and Nelson's Hardware provided the rods, reels and baits. Finally, the Central Park PTO provided the money to launch a school fishing program on their campus.
Students, many of whom caught their first fish, had the best day with the sun of their face, water at their feet and joy in their souls! #whereexcellencelives
