We're reaching out today to ask for your feedback by completing our annual parent survey. Your input is essential in helping us understand what's working well and where we can improve to
better serve our students and the entire school community. The survey should only take about 5-10 minutes to complete. We are looking for your honest thoughts and experiences on topics such as curriculum, school communication, student support, and the overall school environment. Your responses will be kept completely anonymous, and the information you provide will be used to inform our school's planning and initiatives for the upcoming year. Please complete the survey by the deadline of Friday, August 22nd. You can access it by clicking the link below:

Greetings,
I am Korey Seymore, Registered Nurse at Grimsley Junior High. I am looking forward to welcoming your student for the 2025-2026 school year! ALL parents can complete a current health history for your child from the Bentonville District website, Online Forms (Etrieve). Additionally, I have scheduled time in the coming days to meet with the parents of students requiring daily or emergency medications while at school. If this applies to your child, please use this link to schedule a time to check in medications to the Grimsley Health office. This can be a time-consuming process, so I encourage parents to utilize this scheduled, dedicated time to avoid significant wait times during open house or school hours, once in session.
Please find the Health Services Welcome Letter and Student Handbook linked for your reference.
Thank you!

If you did not pick up your Chromebook from the Tech Center last week, you can pick it up at Grimsley Junior High during the week of August 4–8, between 8:00 AM and 3:00 PM.
