Student Entrepreneurs!
High School students from across the region will have the chance to show off their entrepreneurial skills at the Startup Junkie IdeaFame Pitch Competition.
Date: Wednesday, April 17, 2024
Time: 6pm-7pm (Tentative)
Location: BWHS Performing Arts Center -- 1351 Gamble Rd, Centerton, AR 72719
The rules are simple:
Participants must be in grades 9-12
They will have 60 seconds to pitch their business idea to the judges and audience without notes or slides
The judges will select one winner and the audience will vote for another, both of whom will win $1,000
How to participate:
All members of the public are welcome to attend and listen to the presentations.
Students will sign up here -- (Event Brite Signup) with their intent to participate. Participants will have until April 10 to declare their intent to pitch.
Presentations will be limited to 30 presenters
Students will prepare their 60 second pitch. Be creative and capture your audience! But remember, your presentation will be stopped at exactly 60 seconds.
Join us at BWHS on April 17th. Winners will be announced at the end of the event!
