These 6th graders have been working hard at using scale factors to design their future dream houses. We used equations to begin pricing materials and the cost of building. We then went to Harrison French Associates to see one on the students drawings rendered in 3D. We talked with a team to architects to learn more about how to get on this career path and what a life as an architect or engineer could be like! We will go back to class and revise and improve our drawings based on all of the new information we learned and things we did not consider the first time! #teamRBMS #BearDown #whereexcellencelives
