Our first Ss to receive tokens for the new Book Vending Machine have happily picked their books. Ss demonstrating @BarkerBruins #PRIDE may be rewarded with a token any time during the year. All staff have two gold coins to pass out. Can't wait to see who's next.
The @BarkerBruins #spiritday is #redwhiteandblue in recognition of our great country. Only captured a couple of images, but the celebrations were significant. Staff, especially, were incredibly patriotic. Although too many flaunted the #nowhitepantsafterlaborday rule. Apparently @mrbobbybones says it's okay now.

Dakota won our first giveaway for Hispanic Heritage Month! Students are encouraged to read a book either by a Hispanic author, featuring a Hispanic main character, or one that has won a Pura Belpré award. Once they have completed the book, they turn in a summary and are entered into a drawing to win a free book.
These men love their careers in education and working as @barkerbruins for @bentonvilleschools. But donning these #dapperdickies demonstrates that a backup career in modeling is a definite option. Staff and students are welcome to join the #dapperdickies next Friday. #teamRBMS

Pastor Cam from @crosschurch blessed our staff with @starbucks coffee and @krispykreme doughnuts this morning. He and Mr. Hipp pushed two #wootwoot carts around the school and they were very well received.
