Congrats to our TJ spelling bee winners, Blake (1st place) and Wylee (2nd place). We are proud of each of our participants!

Winter Break is here! We hope you enjoy a relaxing and joyful break with your family. We will see you back at school on January 6, 2025!

Wear your favorite cute or ugly holiday sweater tomorrow!

Bring your spare change to help our SLC room with their community service project this week! Your class could win a pizza party!!!

If you plan to join your child's Winter party, please remember to bring your ID for check-in and park in a TJ parking lot rather than in the empty lot across the street. See the graphic for our party times!

Wear your favorite flannel shirt tomorrow for Flannel Friday!

It was an honor to announce Thomas Jefferson Leadership Academy to our community today! This exciting new model will be one of the newest parent choice offerings within Bentonville Schools.
If you have any questions or would like more information about the opportunities Thomas Jefferson Leadership Academy can provide for your student and family, please feel free to reach out. We’d love to connect with you!
We look forward to seeing our students grow as leaders and supporting them as they prepare to make a lasting impact on our campus, community, and beyond!

Check out our school store on Fridays in December!

Can you believe it?! Santa is making a stop at TJ this week! Come have your picture made with Santa, eat a cookie, and join in the other fun holiday activities. We can't wait to see you!

This month's character trait is SERVICE: lending a hand to help someone else. How can you help others this holiday season?

Happy National Special Education Day! We are thankful for our special education team here at TJ. They collaborate with each other to put student needs first, and we couldn't ask for a better group of staff members!

Wear your Santa hat, elf ears, or reindeer antlers tomorrow!

Let's make our first day back from break a little easier tomorrow by staying in our PJs all day! Wear your cozy (school-appropriate) pajamas to school!

1st grade had an a-MAIZE-ing time celebrating their learning of the Mayan culture today!

Since it was a state testing week and the week before a holiday, students were able to blow off some STEAM in Global Connections. They had several activity stations to choose from and their creativity, imagination, and ingenuity was front and center. We hope our tigers get some rest over the holiday break because they're headed to Finland first thing in December!

Our kindergarten and fourth grade students had a blast on their November field trips to Turpentine Creek & Farm For The Soul!
