Today our Summer of Service students got to volunteer at Cobblestone Farms, a local farm that provides farm to table produce for food pantries throughout NWA. Students learned about propagating, determinate vs. indeterminate plants, and what natural pesticides can be used to ensure a healthy garden. Not only did BHS/BWHS students learn about the farm to table process, they also got to plant seedlings that will eventually go on the feed their community. We truly are better together!
