On Friday, March 14th, PTO is hosting a 'Fort Knight' from 4-6pm on the OHMS playground. Tape, cardboard, markers and more will be provided for students to build the forts of their dreams. Prizes will be awarded for the tallest and most creative forts. Concessions will be available for purchase, including pizza. Don't miss the rock-paper-scissors tournaments and many other games. The event is free, but cash is needed for concessions. In the event of bad weather, the event will move into the cafeteria.

At OHMS, we enjoy adding a touch of fun to our days. Last week we held a Super Secret Teacher Spirit Week. We managed to keep it under wraps until Friday, when all the staff arrived dressed as students!
Every March, Youth Art Month (YAM) encourages support for quality school art programs and promotes art material safety. Art educators across Arkansas are encouraged to enter student work based on the theme. This year's theme is "Healing Through Color."
