TJ Families, we hope to see you at our culminating event for All Bentonville Reads this Sunday, March 5th at Crystal Bridges from 12:00-4:00 pm. The event is free for the whole family. There will be games and fun activities for all. See you there!

Warning...Fun learning ahead! Our third grade team had construction themed room transformations today. The students loved learning on the "jobsite" today!




It was a fun-filled Friday at TJ! From winter parties to a special guest that visited the classrooms in the morning. Thanks to PTO and all the parents who helped make the day fun for our students!

Shout out to our second through fourth grade students who participated in the school-wide spelling bee yesterday! They all did a fantastic job! Special congratulations to our winner in 4th Grade. We look forward to cheering him on as he advances to the county bee next semester!


Our first grade students visited the Primrose Retirement Community today and helped to spread holiday cheer by singing to the residents there. Thank you Mrs. Bush and our first grade team for carrying on this sweet TJ tradition!




The second grade classrooms have been researching different countries and had their culminating showcase event today to show off their learning and creative work. Thanks to all the families and staff who came by to show their support. Great job second graders!



We look forward to spreading seasonal cheer and joy throughout the month of December with some fun optional dress up opportunities! We invite our TJ Tiger Cubs to join in the fun with us!

We loved hosting our TJ families for Thanksgiving lunch last week. Wishing all of our TJ students, staff, and families a safe and happy Thanksgiving break!




Third Grade hosted a mini Election Day today! After learning about the government and different state symbols. The students and staff cast their vote for their favorite AR State Symbol.




It was an honor to pay tribute to our Veterans this morning at our Veteran’s Day Assembly. To all of our Veterans, the students and staff at TJ want to say, “Thank you for your service!”




Thank you to everyone who helped make Choose Love Day a success! Shout out to PTO for the great breakfast provided to teachers and the beautiful Choose Love themed balloon arch. Thank you Camp War Eagle friends for leading some fun Choose Love activities with our students and staff. Last but not least, so much appreciation for Mrs. Moore, our Cub Council students, staff, and parents who helped to run our booth on the Bentonville Square tonight. Thanks to everyone who stopped by this evening! We hope you all had a great time!




Last week at Parent Teacher Conferences, we asked our students and families to "Tell Us Something Good! What have you LOVED this school year?" The sweet responses posted brought us so much joy that we wanted to share them out with you all too.



Tomorrow is Cereal Box Donation Day! Students who bring a box of cereal to donate may also wear a hat tomorrow.

We enjoyed seeing so many Tiger Cubs and staff members participate in Day 1 of our Spirit Week. Friendly reminder to wear comfy clothes to school tomorrow.

Just a friendly reminder that we will be hosting an optional TeacherEase training for parents tomorrow night, 10/12, at 5:30 pm in the TJ Cafeteria. TeacherEase is the online grading platform that we use at the elementary level. Join us to learn more about how to access the platform and how to stay informed regarding your student's progress throughout the school year.
