In honor of graduation tomorrow, we want to honor Preston Pschierer, BHS graduate and TJ alumnus. Preston was the winner of one of our PTO scholarships and he visited TJ yesterday to walk down memory lane and inspire our Tigers along their educational journey. We are proud of you, Preston!
Our kindergarteners recently had the opportunity to "host" real live caterpillars in their classrooms and witness their transformation into beautiful butterflies. They released the butterflies onto our playground. We love springtime at TJ!
Students recently explored ancient Egypt in Global Connections. Across their four activity rotations, students had a chance to build it, float it, decode it, and dig it. Can you guess which station was their favorite? (Hint: It involved playing the role of archaeologist and digging in the sand for ancient artifacts!)
Happy School Nurse Week! Thank you to Nurse Jibbi and Nurse Deedra for keeping our TJ Tigers safe and healthy at school each day. These two ladies are the best!
