It is School Counselor's week and we simply have two of the best you'll ever find! Amanda Williams and Paula Kaufmann do so very much for our students and staff every single day. They lead with their hearts and positively impact our entire gator family. Thank you!

All Bentonville Reads has begun! Here is all the information you'll need to join in the fun of reading this year's selection, Almost Super by Marion Jensen. Happy reading!

Ms. Overdorf's kindergators love practicing their math skills during math stations!

Pajama Day is this Friday!

These gators received an Assistant Principal shout-out from their teachers! They were called to Mrs. Smith's office for special recognition, and to hear what amazing things their teachers had to say about them. Way to be leaders!

Kindergarteners enjoyed a game of tag to get warmed up for PE this morning during gator club time. This additional activity time is always a bright spot in the week!

So much holiday fun happening around the Park! Our gators give back program donated food to families in need, students made beautiful cards for residents at a nursing home, and we are enjoying holiday dress up days as well.

Central Park kindergarteners made 150 goodie bags for the Benton County Sheriff's Department, Kindness for Cops. CPE Kinders love and appreciate our community heroes!

Central Park third gators wowed us all with their wonderful musical, Toys! The Night They All Come Alive! Thank you to Ms. Ginger for all of her hard work to prepare the students for this performance.

Holiday Spirit Week! We are excited for a great three days before winter break!

2nd graders have researched countries and worked hard for a few weeks to produce excellent informational writing. Last week, they had the opportunity to present their work to their parents at second grade family night. Just look how proud they are of their accomplishments!

1st Grade service project Dec. 19th-21st!

Second graders have been reading several versions of the book Stone Soup. Mrs. Williams' class decided to work together last Friday to make stone soup as a class family. Everyone donated something to put in the soup, and they enjoyed a warm meal together at the end of the day.

Ms. Boyles' class celebrated last week by having a Charlie Brown Thanksgiving meal together!

4th grade students participated in a simulation to learn more about Ellis Island. This hands-on experience was a great way to solidify all they have been learning!

We are so thankful for all the family members who attended our Thanksgiving lunch today. A big shoutout to our amazing nutrition staff, janitorial staff, office staff, aide team, and everyone else who made today run smoothly so our students could enjoy the time with their special guests.

Celebrating National School Psychology Week! Cari Calhoun is an amazing school psychology specialist, and we are so proud to have her at Central Park. She devotes herself to students to ensure behavioral, emotional, and academic growth. She is always willing to step up and lend a helping hand to students and staff. We appreciate all she does for our school family! 💚

November is National Diabetes Awareness Month! Wear BLUE on November 14th.

Ms. Benson's students have been hard at work this week as always. They were challenged to build a communication device and did so well working together in the Maker's Lab. Our Focus 5 coach also visited their class and helped them to improve their focusing strategies.

So proud to celebrate Choose Love with our gator family today! Please join us tonight in Downtown Bentonville for the Jesse Lewis Choose Love Movement event with Bentonville Schools from 5-7pm. Our Central Park first graders will perform at 5:30!
