Join us for **Family Night on September 23rd from 5:30-6:30 PM! Explore fun activities that showcase what your child is learning, enjoy displays of our school’s diverse cultures, and grab some pizza and cookies with your family.
We’ll also share a Title I funding presentation explaining how VES uses these funds to support our students.
Interested in volunteering? Attend the volunteer training at 5:00 PM before the event!
We look forward to seeing you there!

Core Value for September is Compassion which means caring enough to do something about someone else’s needs.
Speaking with kind words, being happy for someone else’s successes, and apologizing when you make a mistake are just a few ways you can show compassion. How can you show compassion today?

Let's show our support!

Join us for Volunteer Training!

In observance of Labor Day, Vaughn Elementary will be closed on Monday, September 2nd. We will see you on Tuesday!

UP SUMMIT Community Day September 29, 2024 at noon - 5pm
Flying cars, drones, rockets, and space ships will be on display. See our links to the website, flyer, and complimentary tickets for the event at the Bentonville Municipal Airport. Shuttles will run from the 702 SW 8th street lot to the north gate on SW Aviation Street.

Each month we will be focusing on a Core Value. For August, our focus is WISDOM-
Wisdom begins with wonder. What are your wonders for the school year? Do you wonder how many reading levels you will go up this year, what new things you will learn in math, how you can shoot perfect free throws, or wonder how tall you’ll grow by year’s end? Wisdom is finding out what you should do and doing it.

It was a great 1st day! Thank you to our students, families, and staff for making it a success. We can't wait to do it again tomorrow!
If you captured pictures of any sweet 1st day moments, please share in the comments.

We can't wait to see you at Open House!

During our volunteer appreciation breakfast a few weeks ago Bryan Armlovich was celebrated for his partnership with Vaughn and the Samaritan Community Center. Bryan helps coordinate the Snack Pack for Kids program which serves around 66 students a week at our school. The program also supports our Book Bus during the summer. Thank you Bryan for your dedication to our Vaughn Eagles!
